There are 2 ways of reception ferromolybdenum: silicothermic and carbothermic. My way allows to receive ferromolybdenum direct restoration of molybdenum from sulphidic molybdenum concentrate-molybdenic. The offered way differs from all existing themes, that installations ferromolybdenum can be applied to melt of the different size (volumes) and has following advantages: 1. Process of melt ferromolybdenum is made in the closed volumes. 2. The way excludes roasting sulphidic molybdenic concentrates, melt ferromolybdenum make from molybdenic. 3. Process of synthesis (melt) ferromolybdenum is completely supervised. 4. Process ecologically pure{clean}. 5. Except for the core product-ferromolybdenum there are products (sulfides or a sulfuric acid) which too represent a material assets. 6. Charges on electric power come to naught. 7. It is not required greater{big} expenditures of labour. 8. The way allows to organize without waste manufacture. The way is developed at a laboratory level, i.e. experiences were made on samples in weight up to 500г, therefore for the organization of manufacture it is necessary two-motion performance of work: 1. Development trial technologies (modelling) 2. The organization of pilot production with the set productivity. Development of trial technology At transition from small quantities{amounts} to greater{big} parameters of burning (kinetic vary and thermal), speed of burning, temperature of burning, etc. to supervise and correct{adjust} these parameters, is provided gradual transition up to the set volume.
