Our company accepts orders for manufacture of products, details, units, semi finished items, preparations and other production necessary for a complete set of machine-building and other production by means of technology of industrial outsourcing and subcontracting. The information: The Sverdlovsk regional center of industrial cooperation (subcontracting) works in the market since 2003 is created under the initiative and at support of the Government of Sverdlovsk area. The center - the private company, basic which direction of work of purchase and sale, and also information, consulting and intermediary services in the field of industrial subcontracting. Clients and partners: Clients and partners of the Center are both the known large industrial enterprises, and a plenty small and average developing industrial and trade enterprises of Russia, such as Uralelectrotiazhmash PC (The Energomash Group UK), The Ural heavy machine building plant or UZTM, KALININ machine Plant, Kirovgrad hard alloys plant (KZTS), Sverdlovsk works of current transformers JSC, Czech company GALATEK a.s. and many other things the enterprises. Outsourcing and subcontracting: At realization of complex orders technologies of industrial outsourcing and subcontracting with attraction of the foreign organizations and known experts, including from the large industrial enterprises are used. Technologies: The basic specialization of the Center are services on manufacturing completing products, units, details, the semi finished items delivered in cooperation with use of following technologies: Metal working Mechanical manufacturing industry, including unique, large-sized and precision, Laser metal working and cutting of sheets, bending, Powder metallurgy, Welding works, producing of welded metal constructions, Punching, cold pressing, Galvanic and other covers, Cast iron, steel founding and non-ferrous castings, Pressing works, Producing of rubber goods, plastic details, Goods from hard alloys, Other technological operations and processes. We are able to provide improvement, high-temperature tempering, nitrogenization, induction hardening of the surface and other working operations for the parts.
